    Ahhh that is a good idea. Once i get my recipe and methods to perfection (if i ever do) i will buy a keg and move onto that! Do you have a plastic keg? And are they any good? Do you reccommend keg with carbonation valve? Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    I have just racked this recipe off after a week. Of of 1055 racked off at 1015 and going to bottle at 1010. Had a sneaky taste and it is amazing! Can't wait to drink it! Going to have to make another couple of batches for bbqs as it is going to be popular I think! Cheers for your input people...

    I use rapid wash which is about 40 minutes and gets to 150 degrees. No breakages yet! Easier than using my electric hob! Only use the bottom because i keep the bottles stood up and don't fit in the top rack. Let me know how you get on! And good luck Sent from my Nexus 7 using Home Brew...

    I put a thermometers in my dishwasher on a rapid wash ( about 39 mins) and it reaches 150. So I pasteurise in that now! All successful so far Sent from my Nexus 7 using Home Brew mobile app
