    5g Corny Keg nitro usage?

    I have cold brew coffee in 5 gallon corny kegs. I'm using about 1 5lb nitro bottle per 2 corny kegs, seems excessive to me. I know the pressure is higher than beer, but is this excessive nitro use?

    Fermentation control for a newb

    I have a side by side refrigerator in my garage doing nothing. I'm assuming I could you the use the one side as fermenting chamber with a STC-1000 controller. Could I use a tiny ceramic heater inside?
