    Best PH Meter

    Alright Guys I am finally into A/G and really trying to get my process down properly. I have been looking at PH meters and find lots that will work but, their max temp seems to be only 122 or 140 degrees F. Does anyone have one they recommend that isn't 200$ +, trying to stay in a budget here...

    questions ready to bottle my first recipe

    Alright, I brewed a very tall (1.106) extract beer with some specialty grains on 1-10-14 spent three weeks in primary and was down to 1.026 stayed steady for 5 days program I used said I would see 1.028 so bonus for me. Beer has been sitting in secondary since 1-31-14. I am ready to bottle this...

    1st attemp at a recipe

    Alright I kinda just threw crap at the wall to see what would stick. Smelled and taste absolutely amazing right before pitching yeast. Its got a few more weeks in Secondary before I bottle and let it sit atleast another month. Here is the recipe, let me know what ya'll think: 2 LBS...
