Thanks! This is what Im looking for. I've never had problems with the keg sealing I don't think, but I don't like how this makes it feel loose. So this will help.

One of the lids to my keg seems like it's not closing tigh enough, and I think those little rubber bits that are on each end of the lid's handle are getting worn down. Does anyone know where to get those little pieces? Thanks.

Brewed up a batch this morning, but somehow at some point toward the end I cut my finger. I was in the middle of something so I could go grab a bandage. I just kept rinsing it in a bucket of water I had sitting there, and wiping on the rag ij my pocket. Pretty sure I didn't get it any blood in...

It was like a greenish gray white film in the threads of the lid and jar. I'm sure it's fine, because I don't think any yeast or starter wort came in contact. I've never had this happen with my jars before, so I was a little grossed out. I don't really want to infect my beer though.

I making a starter for some yeast I rinsed a while back. When I opened the jar there was some mold on the lid and the outside rim of the jar. I wiped it down with a clorox wipe and dumped out most of the liquid and pitched the yeast into the starter. You think it'll be okay to brew with? There...

That's probably true. Maybe I'll go get some new hose and hook that up. My only confusion is I've had this set up for like 5+ years and it just started doing these weird pours. Thinking it's a keg side issue makes sense, because it doesn't always happen, sp maybe there's an issue with this one...

I think the ID is 3/8, and length is probably about 2 ft? I get about an ounce or two then it starts foaming. The weird this is that it isn't burping, it's like a smooth transition from beer to foam, and back to beer. Its weird and it's wasting a lot of beer I think.

So, I've been kegging for a while now, but this past year I've had an issue pop up a couple times that I just can't figure out. Once in a while I'll have a keg that does this thing, where everytime I pour a beer I start off normal than just starts pouring straight foam for a couple seconds and...

My lhbs carries these for about the same price. Which isn't terrible I guess.

I've has some crappy ones too, but I've got a couple decent mini regulators that seem to work nicely now. I'm just looking for something to serve from the pressurized growler, or mini keg set up I've got. They work fine with the mini regulator and co2, but using the threaded cartridges like that...

That's what I'm thinking. I wonder if the place where I exchange my co2 would have one. They have a lot of guages, and attachments and stuff in the store.

I found a new screen shot on how to fill these. Looks kinda cool, but where would you get the refiller bit?

What if I just plug it into one of those speed control plugins? Is that oversimplifying this?

I just do 5 gallon batches, but the past couple years ive switch to Biab. Right now I do a lot of lifting and moving full pots, and I'm honestly just getting tired of that.
