    Yeast Starter temperature - California Common

    I'm brewing a California Common this weekend and I am making a White Labs WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast starter. The recommend fermentation temperature for the brew is around 60 F. Should I do the starter at this temperature also or just at normal room temperature like I do for ale yeasts? Cheers
