    Cider head retention

    I have 6 gallons of hard cider waiting to be bottled. I know cider doesn't normally carry a head, but i'd like to try. I've found two possible options, malt extracts and heading agents. Any suggestions on how much and what kind of malt? I will be back sweetening to 1.02.
