This batch is all grain sunshower honey apple wheat. It's two weeks in primary, FG of 1.014. I was about to add my Granny Smith apples and this is what I got. It tastes ok. OG was 1.054. Do I have an infection here?

    Does this look ok?

I made sunshower honey apple wheat on Monday. My first attempt at all grain. I nailed my conversion efficiency but my brew house efficiency was only about 64% because of wort loss etc. anyway, I pitched wyeast 1010 no starter out of the swelled package and before I realized it, my wort was still...

My big change is, his recipe calls for 6lbs white wheat, I'm gonna use what I listed below keeping the rest of the mashing grains the same. What do you think? HOME BREW...

    What does what?

Are there any resources to easily find substitutes when converting recipes? I don't have the ability to go all grain and I enjoyed my first partial mash. Rather than posting or asking everytime I need a recipe converted, is there someplace I can immediately look and see what my subs would be?

    Humidity

Will humidity effect the fermentation process? I'm keeping my bucket in my 3/4 bath because its smaller and has electric heat where I can regulate the temp. Will people taking showers cause any adverse reactions?

Hey all. After the success of my BIAB kit from brewers best, I feel confident enough that I can now make a recipe from Brewing Classic Styles. I have a couple questions though.... All of their recipes call for 7 gallon boil. How do I calculate how much extra grain and extract I'll need for a...

    Sampling my first beer

Well, when I brewed my first beer, a brewers best English brown ale kit, as any first time brewer I was a little nervous. Did I sanitize right? Did I burn anything? Did I contaminate anything? Was my bottling ok? I kept a sixer on the side to sample at different stages. I took one and...
