    So I read alot on force carb kegs. I have given a friend a growler and poured a few pints off my kegs and now it seems a bit flat. I have it at 10 PSI and at 38deg on my Johnson Controller in the Keezer........any tips on getting that carb back up? When I force carbonated I kept it at 30 PSI...

    Chest Freezer Keezer/Tap

    Thinking about making an extra GE 7cubic foot chest freezer I landed into a keg tap. What all would I need supplies wise? And what brands are suggested? With that size I'll prob do 4 taps (room to grow). I also have 3 pin lock kegs I got off friend.

    More bubbling.....

    Beer has been in the primary for a week and a day. Today I noticed it started bubbling again......is this normal? Temp has been pretty constant at 68-70; may have dropped to 66 in the room last night as it got SUPER cold here.....but back to normal now.

    Decoction

    Ok going to have my first go st this. I got a recipe that highly recommends decoction. After the decoction though you do a sparse right? I was using Brew 365 calculator....... Am I on right track?

    Gunk in airlock

    Second brew must be doing well. Woke to some gunk in the airlock. Should o clean this out or just leave it?

    Hop Pellets

    My LBS mostly suggest the pellets for tenor recipes. Some of it is strained out but a lot goes into the fermentation bucket I'm sure. Does this just settle out during fermentation? Should I have strained? If so what can I do to fix?
