Electric Bottom Draining, 3 keggle, 2 pump, E-HERMS

It’s been a while, but I’m getting back at it. A thing called life, (kiddos, job, and a move) slowed my ability to brew. One plus is I now have a more dedicated space in my shop for brewing. Not a ton of changes to the hot side of the Brewery itself. I did install a floor drain which is great...

BruControl: Brewery control & automation software

Cool. Didn't mean to derail the thread. But its all in prep for full automation with BruControl!! BTW I just ordered a Tilt! Have you used one? It looks and sounds amazing! I want it just for the logging and for my ability to associate gravities with temperatures while I'm away from fermenting...

BruControl: Brewery control & automation software

The back bottom pipe comes from my wort pump, the front bottom is from my h20 pump, the top pipe feeds my herms coil. So the current orientation the port is allowing flow from wort pump to herms coil. So the leg of the "T" is facing the case towards the back, i.e. only flow is straight through...

Let me know when you plan to order. I need to order motorized ball valves. I would need: 2- three way valves. One is "t-port" other is "L-port" 3- proportional valves for fly sparging & recirculating HLT 5- open/closed :mug:

Do you need a 1 off Stainless part built for your system? Let's discuss it.

How does this setup work for your conical? Does it work as anticipated?

Which relays for BCS... SSR vs. DPDT

Here is a sketch of what I was thinking. I was thinking that I should put fuses in the panel. Any suggestions on where? I plan to fuse the BCS output legs with a low amperage fuse maybe .5-1.0 amp, just in case there was a short with the line voltage to prevent 110V from traveling into the...

Which relays for BCS... SSR vs. DPDT

I've been reading here and else where on the web and think I have a grasp just want some confirmation. I'm looking to expand my BCS-462 usage from just the hot side of the Brewery to also controlling my Keezer & also my ferm chiller. At this point I intend to add 3 relays, one for Keezer...

Huge E-HERMS build, 3 keggles, control panel, stir plate, ferm controller, 61 pics

Here is another option made of all stainless. I have two of them and I'm glad I went this route. It is thicker gauge than the brewhardware one. Designed so you can use it with either straight or ripple elements. It is heavy duty and made well...

BrunDog 50A eRig - no HLT for me!

Are you using your chugger to power this? If so, how is the pressure with the sprinkler head. Do you think it will it give you enough psi with a cip ball? I've been wanting to add a cip cycle to my bcs controlled brewery but haven't got to that point yet. I was curious how I would go about it...
