I've used my wilser bag for many brews now and it's not a big deal, but when I lift it out it sorta leans to one side or the other and wants to spin a little because the drawstring for the bag isn't centered obviously. Is there some kind of easy workaround for this? Thanks

I have lab report and added my local tap water profile. I am not seeing how to get beer Smith to spit out adjustments for me. Where do I add my desired water profile? Thanks for any help

Years ago I got a ward labs profile for my local tap water. I just went to input it into beer Smith. I use campden tabs to get rid of chloride when I brew. My lab report said 100plm chloride, but I'm assuming the campden would make that zero, correct? Thanks, fam
