It's been a few months since my last batch (moved into a new house) but now that I have space I want to brew an all grain dry session stout (similar to NABC Weefoot) for those long winter days.
I couldn't find a clone recipe. Anybody have a good one that clocks in at 5% abv or less...
I'd like my next batch to be a great fall/winter beer that I can give as gifts. As such, I had the idea to blend one of my favorite infused bourbon recipes with Norther Brewers St. Paul Porter.

I have a five gallon brew pot and would like to take my first shot at the brew in a bag method. With my capacity constraints I know I'll have brew a smaller batch to fit the grain needed for the BIAB. I'd like to brew a vanilla porter but can't find a recipe that's specific for a small batch...
