    Ale-Pocalypse 2012

I, too, had a carb problem in the bottles. I went ahead and popped all the tops and transferred all into a keg. Added 3 more oz of brown sugar and that did it. I'm still going to let it mellow out for a few more months, if not years!!!!

Trying to start Up a 1bbl NanoBrewery

I would have to say the best place to find out answers on this would be the FDA/ATF....check their websites for the info. I dont see a problem with it as long as everything you do is within the local code. Let me know what you find out.

2 Tap Kegerator tower with faucets

I just updated my tower to a 4 tap and have no use for this one. There are 3 small knicks on the tower cap and in no way inhibit its use. It comes with 2 faucets and the bolts to connect it to a kegerator. All you need is the connections to fit on to your keg. $125 I am in Cameron, NC

You could always buy bottled water, but I would make a complaint with the city. Hope all goes well either way

Bulk hops in the summer heat

Nice. I think I ended up with 25 lbs and together with shipping was right at 85. Check his specials, lots of good deals there, plus they are all fresh. I cant complain at all with the quality and quantity. Great guy. I'll definitely order from Jeff again.

I used coffee(espresso) in my very first batch, Redhook Double Black clone. It was great. Especially after 8 months in the bottle. I plan on adding coffee to my next stout.

    Citrus peel in the mash

I dont see much of a problem if you do both, in the mash and boil. Could end up giving you a good citrus flavor. Im doing the same with a pale ale next weekend, if work doesn't interfere.
