I usually collect the runoff from my IC into my smaller 7 gal brew pot and mix up some OxyClean in it. I then use it sparingly to try and get everything cleaned as good as I can. Then I use the hose to rinse everything off. With the two compartment utility sink I plan to get I'd have one side...

Thanks. I forgot to mention that I would add a cheap faucet with standard fittings. I'll be checking on this within the next couple of days to see if it works.

Where I live I have no good place to clean my brewing equipment (keggle/mashtun/ferm vessels etc.). I usually end up using my outdoor garden hose to spray stuff down in the yard. Problem is that the grass ends up sticking to everything and no matter what I do I can't get everything completely...

I use the boxes that commercial beer bottles come it, whether it be for 24 or 12 bottles. Most cases of 24 have a pretty sturdy box with a thin cardboard divider.

Why is there a laundry room in the man cave? Couldn't you put the washer and dryer upstairs in the kitchen so the SWMBO never has to leave the kitchen?

If you're worried about the hot side aeration you could just add a short length of silicone tubing to the underside of the lid that can help gently return the wort to the mash bed

I bought an angle grinder at harbor freight with a handle that was able to be mounted on the top side. http://www.harborfreight.com/4-1-2-half-inch-angle-grinder-with-paddle-switch-65519.html $30 and it worked awesome for me. I did buy the actual cut off wheel from home depot though.

Nevermind, I made a starter and it's done nothing.

Why not just leave the drill whole and use it that way. This way you can actually use it for it's intended use when you're not crushing grains.
