Suggestions for bottle storage?

I'm pretty new to brewing and I enjoy DIY projects, so I pose a question. What do most people tend to use for bottle storage? I would love some ideas and even making something from scratch isn't out of the question. I've seen plastic milk crates but I'm not sure if i want to go that route

I use the boxes that commercial beer bottles come it, whether it be for 24 or 12 bottles. Most cases of 24 have a pretty sturdy box with a thin cardboard divider.

i just keep the six pack holders from the craft beer i buy and put my HB in, keep them in the basement in the six pack holders until they go in the fridge 4 weeks later, pretty simple DIY, go to beer store and but a six pack
