Squeeze that bag like there is no tomorrow. I like to put my bag on an old fridge rack on top of a plastic tub and squeeze whilst the wort starts heating to a boil the end up with enough pre boil volume. Works every time.
Has anyone had a brew stuck at 1.020 have done for a week now. Normally my gravity readings are pretty close to the recipe.

I wouldn't think so I leave most of my brews in primary for around 2 weeks and they taste pretty good. And dry hopping hell yeah a good to way make the coopers kit taste better. I do a pale ale with cascade hops and coopers kit tastes pretty good.
