What if a person santized the hydrometer, and just left it in throughout the entire Fermentation process? This would let you see move the entire time. Just a thought, I know if you have another beer going you would need a anothey Hydrometer just being curious.

When I first started Breweing I was told to only use stainless steel kettles. It has been four years scince I was forced to take a break, I talked with a few and they use aliminum pots. I there a big diffrence should I stick with buying a stainless steel or is Alluminum ok?
