    Hops Boil Over?

    Did my first batch today and i gotta say, I was not expecting a near boil over when i added my hops. I even used Fermcap at the hotbreak. No biggee, everything ended up ok, but it just took me and my son by surprise. Nothing like hot moss coming at ya!!
