    Long lag time

    Here's my issue. I brewed a 1.048 OG beer and pitched 100ml of 6 day old washed yeast. Did not make a starter ( first mistake I know ). It took just over 2.5 days to start but after dosing some oxygen it finally started and ripped through in 5 days. Will this beer be ok? Not messing with it...

    I just kegged my first beer. Force carbed it at 27 psi and let it rip until the gas stopped. Then set the serving psi to 12. My question is, is this right for an IPA?

    Viability question

    Can anyone help me out here? I have my only stir plate tied up and I'm trying to brew a quick small batch on Friday. The white labs vial has a best by date of 3-9. Is the viability good on that to just pitch without a starter? It's a 3 gallon batch of 1.050 wort. Thanks guys

    What to brew next?
