    Lager yeast

    Am getting ready to brew my first lager. I'm going to use my deep freeze with a temperature control on it. I need to know if I am supposed to wait fermentation to begin at room temperature before placing it in the cooler at 40 degrees?

    I keep hearing about making 10gal batches. When I look up ten gallon carboys I can't find anything. What, where, and how do you go about making these larger batches. What do I need or do people just double up on 6.5 carboys ?

    What is the best way to keep fermenting lagers cool

    I am going to brew my first lager and want to know the best way to keep it at a set cold temperature? I was going to use my deep freeze and purchase a temperature regulator for it but don't know which one to purchase. Any suggestions?
