    Pitching yeast for czech pilsner

    Hi all, I am making a pilsner style beer and are going to ferment in fridge at 8-10c(46-50). I am using 2206 Bavarian yeast smack pack, can I pitch this a low temp or should I pitch a little higher and then drop temp? Or starter? And is 1 pack enough for this style of brewing sg 1.062 cheers.

    Wyeast budvar lager..

    Hi I have a czech pils on the go now, I pitched yeast at 12c and kept at that temp for 36 hours there was no sigh of fermentation so I let it come up to 20c over night and things started to work. Is my best bet now to drop back to 10-12c till finished?

    Bottleing from force carbonated keg??

    I there, is there any way to force carbonate keg then tap into bottles and keep gas. I find conditioning in bottle give larger bubbles or something, I have on tap and carbonation is great.

    Pitched yeast high temp

    Hi all I have a golden ale on the go, I pitched yeast at 85 degrees. It is fermenting fine but will it effect taste? I have read it will give off flavor but hopping cause its a hoppy beer won't notice.
