    Bacteria or just krausen?

A couple days after primary fermentation, I noticed my fermentation hose had slipped out of the glass carboy. I'm not sure how long it had been like that. Put boild hops in primary

How can I filter these seeds?

I have a ton of hop seeds in my wort. I have an IPA in the primary. I'm about to rack it to a secondary so I can dry hop it. I know I dont want to agitate this wort. Any ideas on the calmest way to filter out these seeds during the transfer from primary to secondary fermentation?
