Ok Guys, Brewed a american wheat and it will be 2 weeks this sunday. hydrometer reading is 1.020 but should be 1.012 to 1.o14 . What would you do let it sit or go ahead and bottle it ? thanks for your help trew

Ok here goes going to brew a pilsner in a kit . So it has some whole wheat hops . It says to put the whole wheat hops at the last minute of boil. What would happen if it stayed in longer then a minute? Would my beer taste nasty, or be bitter, and would it be darker in color? Thanks guys true

OKay need some help here. Four weeks in the bottle and bitter . But not as bad 2 weeks ago. Temp in my basment is about 60%. Oh its true brew kit in amber malt . thanks true
