Hi, all. I recently acquired an OhmBrew Fermostat. Looks Like they've gone under. I'm wondering if anyone might have a copy of an instruction manual? I've figured out how to manually set a temp, but would like to unlock more of it's features.

So, I ordered the 10.5, and I'm prepping for 240v brewing. Watching their "New and updated Foundry" video on their website, it appears that the adapter is male 120v to female 240v. Can anyone confirm? And, isn't that backwards? shouldn't it have a male 240v plug to go into a female receptacle?
