    Help solve a potential problem

    sugar in an IPA

    what to do with a CO2 tank and reg

    I recently purchased a kegerator that came with a 5lb CO2 tank and reg. I already had a 10lb tank and reg. Any ideas what to do with the smaller tank and reg? Ideally i'd like to set up my kegerator to be able to run two kegs on different pressures from my 10lb tank. Thoughts on how to do this?

    I've noticed on some recipes people use 3.5gal or 2.5 gal pre boil volume for a 5 gal batch. Does one make difference over the other in any part of the brewing process? FG, yeast efficiency, Etc?
