So I brewed 5 gallons of a farmhouse ale. After 3 days in carboy it developed alot of foam and was overflowing. Coming from airlock. I transfered it to my 7 gallon fermenter using a racking cane and bottle wand to try not to oxygenate it. Should I be ok?
I have a few batches under my belt. I found this recipe and would like to give it a go. Could someone help with explaining it in a little more detail. Thanks in advance
