    how well does a fermwrap work?

    wyeast 3068 should I split it up?

    So I'm going to try to make a 3 gallon German wheat beer. From what was on the wyeast site it said if you over pitch you will loose most of the ester character. I would like to really try too keep this beer to style so should I just split it in half?

    Will this work?

    I have a 5 gallon water cooler I plan on making a mash tun out of but for now I was just going to throw a bag in it for BIAB. This gave me an idea could I just have a piece of 1/2inch tubing go in the bottom angle it at a 45 and tie the mesh to the tubing. Would this work?
