    To much sugar?

    I brewed a oatmeal stout and got it bottled and after 2 weeks it has a strong sugar taste. My question is what can I do to get the sugar taste out? I was thinking leaving it sit and hoping it goes to the bottom.

    Malts

    I forgot to add the LME and the DME and added the magnum and boiled for 30 min. Then I added the malts. Is it going to be ok? I am thinking I still should boil for the amount of time?

    Yeast cake

    IPA box kit I have had this batch in the fermenter for 2 weeks and the yeast cake is not there anymore. Is that normal? Is it ready to bottle after if I get a hydrometer reading the same for 3 days?

    I am curious what would happen if the wort wasn't at 70 degrees or less and you added water to cool it down?
