    SO2 for bottling

    Hi all I made a rosy wine OG 1.110 Yeast Montrachet FG 1.010 Go ferm and Fermaid K added . Used Campden tablet one day before adding Yeast .     cider sediment & efficiency

    Well ! My cider was made by fresh apple juice . It was 18L at first but the final product after 3 times racking is about 10L ! I had this problem in white wine too . How can I increase efficiency ? Any available product for help ? And what about added sugar ? Will it increase sediments ? Thanks
