    Safale US-04 yeast = funky flavor?

    Hi guys, New brewer here. I've done 5 batches so far, all extract. My second and third were both ales from Jasper's brew supply. On those batches I used the Safale S04 and noticed that they had a weird after taste, not really sure how to describe it. I didn't reconstitute the yeast either...
