    Cylinder exchange prices?

    I exchanged a 5lb CO2 and a 20cf O2 about a week ago. Hadn't needed to exchange in quite a while. Don't remember previous cost. The CO2 was $16.80, the O2 was $18.35. For some reason I was sorta expecting it would be more $. Are those typical prices these days?

    Dilution calculation?

    This should be simple but I'm having a brain fart... I have 750ml of 14.5% alcohol solution that I want to cut back to 10%. How much water to add? I come up with 337.5ml. Seems like a lot so not sure that's correct.

    Does liquid "leak" through pump?

    I have a Chugger/March style pump I've not yet used (came with other stuff in a used gear buy). Question is, if the valve on inlet side of pump is open will liquid run through the pump even if it's not running (presuming there is some head pressure)?

    Lager yeast in ale recipe - expected difference in result?

    Basically, as the title asks, what difference(s) might one expect in end result if one used a lager yeast for what is billed as an ale recipe? For example, Sierra Nevada pale ale clone fermented with something like OYL-111/WPL833 bock-type yeast.
