    Trying to figure out if I'm hitting my marks..

    We are fairly new and haven't made a bad batch yet. I'm trying to figure out if I'm hitting decent efficiency marks. We collected 7.5 gallons pre-boil wort for a 6 gallon batch. 60 min mash followed by batch sparging. Mashed in 5.5 gallons to strike at 164. Hour sit at 152. Sparged with 5.35...
