    Member requirements are "no facial hair".? Beards or facial hair have been determined to be un-classy by their new standards for a home brewer. Wow! I didn't know I was perceived as some underclass. Respectable? Take "American" out of the Association's name!

    Long will my washed yeast stay viable in the fridge? Another brew day is unfortunately several weeks out?

    Brew mostly Ales. Please advise on how much/what to use to get in a "good range". pH 9.6 Carbonate (Total alkalinity) 75 Sodium 21 Chloride 43 Sulfate 31 Calcium 14 (way low?) Magnesium 17 Chlorine 2.5 (have Campdem)

    Pale Ale Fermenting around 75 - 77 degrees?

    I have the primary in the coolest part of the house but last week (A/C going out) the house got up to 77 degrees. What are results from this?

    Temperatures during fermintation.

    We are getting into the hot days of Texas. If anything like last year, my house cannot keep down to 77 degrees at times. I need a used cold box or stop brewing until fall?
