    too much yeast?

    I recently made a polish style ale and used Wyeast 2007 lager yeast. After 2 days no fermentation. So added another packet of the same. Fermentation started after 24 hrs.     raspberry wheat help

    I am brewing a raspberry wheat. 1 week in primary. Now its day 3 in secondary and fermentation started again. I added raspberry puree in secondary. How long should I leave it in secondary? Till fermentation is done?or longer to clear up?
