New-ish to brewing....saw the first post with ingredients...did that amount of crystal malt add a sweetness to the beer, like a carmel toffee like sweetness?

The one mention I saw of it was circling the ladies chest...but, I guess it was a fan over interpretting something.

So...that lady at terminus....people are pointing out she was wearing beth's sweater or shawl, or whatever.....and cooking meat....hmmmm.....nothing says lovin like beth in the oven.

I used to drink shiner bocks and other bocks....for tasting like they were not watered down like domestics... Until i tried a microbrew bock...(sweet, carmelly, rich, malty, biscuity) that blew me away (rip van winkle bock, weston brewing company missouri), so damn fantatstic! Is the sweet...

Well, when ya do 5 gallons, you typically use 5 oz of priming sugar...1 oz per gallon, which would equate to 2 oz being all that's needed to reach proper carbination when bottling for a two gallon batch.
