Experimental Beer Slim's Graham Cracker Ale 2.0

New-ish to brewing....saw the first post with ingredients...did that amount of crystal malt add a sweetness to the beer, like a carmel toffee like sweetness?

    The Walking dead

The one mention I saw of it was circling the ladies chest...but, I guess it was a fan over interpretting something.

    The Walking dead

I am looking forward to amc debuting the other zombie show...it is the same as the walking dead, just in a different part of the country, with different people. Hopefully, this one will: A: show the chaos of the dead from early to the point where rick woke up in its time line. B: be on over...

    The Walking dead

I could see where the yeast feeding on brains, mutate and turn the human race into zombies first through infected craftbrews, and then spreading the yeast through bites. Eventually becoming dormant and airborne like wild beasts...we are doomed I tell ya....doomed...hmmm maybe that's what...

too perfect of a place is right....and the reason we arfe all skeptical is because....utopias never are utopias. From the matrix "The earlier matrix was a utopia, everything was perfect, and because of that humans began rejecting it" (or something like that.) So we all know...it looks too good...

    The Walking dead

I totally agree...they are working to keep walkers out, and the gates are unlocked.. Did they have scouts watching them come in? Did they want them to walk in "welcome to my web, said the spider to the fly" That lady was too nice....to welcoming...she was the public relations face to set em...

    Drinking a bock.

I used to drink shiner bocks and other bocks....for tasting like they were not watered down like domestics... Until i tried a microbrew bock...(sweet, carmelly, rich, malty, biscuity) that blew me away (rip van winkle bock, weston brewing company missouri), so damn fantatstic! Is the sweet...

    Temperature control in basement needed?

I have had a similar concern...not to highjack thread.... I am wanting to do a sweet bock... and I know that it needs a temp in the low 50's for a very long time...the rest of the house in the summer gets to about 80 to 83, with a/c running full time....the basement into the low 70's..... My...

Anyone else catch the metaphor of the burning fire in the distance....how it was still burning as long as lizzy was a threat, and how, once she was gone, the smoke turned whute because the fire was burned out. I wonder if she thought...because her sister doesn't have a mean bone in her body...

    What's growing?

So if flesh eating bacteria don't grow in beer, And I happen to get a flesh eating bacteria.. Then I should totally get drunk for the cure! Sounds logical!

3.6 oz priming sugar for 2 gallons?

Well, when ya do 5 gallons, you typically use 5 oz of priming sugar...1 oz per gallon, which would equate to 2 oz being all that's needed to reach proper carbination when bottling for a two gallon batch.
