    Warm Fermented Lager Thread

    Drinking a lager pressure fermented at 18c and it tastes like anything I have fermented at half the temperature to me. Quite incredible., Drinking and clear after 17 days instead of my normal 28. Have to read this thread again when I get time. Cheers

    Fridge thermostat capillary placement

    I put the probe in a small bottle of water so the fridge doesn't turn on if I need to open it. Don't have fans and set the delay for about 5;minutes.

    I used this yeast with brett and lacto. Going to keg/bottle in the next few days. Fingers crossed it's gonna be good. Its about 4 months old now.

    Amoreti coconut cream is good stuff. I used some with 700g of toasted coconut and 150g of raw nibs toasted for 15 minutes. Amoreti stuff is pretty awesome in ice cream too.

    Adding isinglass to a pressurised fermenter

    I see now what your saying now. You inject it into the dip tube, suck a bit of beer up to dilute it then push it back down the dip tube with co2. Then shake. I will do this next batch for sure. I havent had a rice lager for a while and forgotten how much i enjoy them.
