    Thanks, So I'll try my next batch without the plastic 5 gallon, straight in the 5 gallon glass bottle. and let it stand for at least 10 days at 20C before botteling. I'll use the plastic 5 gallon only for the dextrose addition before botteling. FIY I used a siphon, fortunatly, and let it flow...

    Hi, My beer is a festabrew weat which I added t-58 yeast and 16oz golden candy syrup. Initial density was 1050 and after 36 hours, no more activity in the primary. The density was 1014 so I poored it in secondary... The beer is cloudy but really active, bubbling etc... Was it ok to...

    Thanks for the input! So it might natural, no need to worry! The phenomenon is already stopped. it mabye was something like said before going up and down with gaz molecule gathering around it and when getting up, gas get out of the liquid so the UFO went down and the process perpetuate...

    Hi, I noticed, day two in the second fermenter, some Yellow little balls which goes up and down in the clearer part. I used pellet hop as well as 1 ounce of dried fresh cascade I grew in my backyard. Could this be the little yellow stuff in the hop buds or may it be the Danstar Belle Saison...

    Thanks for info and link. Next batch will be better ;) I add Maple Syrup before the boil, since it's higly fermentable and will compensate for the lost of density when added water instead of rinsing. Will see the result! Lmfao! I will be better next boil! Thanks, MA :drunk:

    I'm doing a 23L (average) and a net is a net in which you put you grain during mash. and you pull it out of the soup and you only get the liquid, no grain left.
