I also just save some wort from a brew and use that for my next starter. It hasn't let me down yet.

I brewed a Nugget Nectar clone that had 2.5 lbs vienna in it and it came out great.... I don't think you can go wrong with Vienna in an IPA

I'd be coming from about 30 min east of Albany just over the mass line. I wish I could because the kind of local hbs charges 50 for 2 row and 60 for pils!

Gonna have to drop out... can't justify the $40 gas and $15 tolls, and 3 1/2 hr drive each way.
