$50-$75 I have a digital Johnson controller now and looking for something that I can monitor/control via WiFi with data logging.

I am looking for an inexpensive WiFi temperature controller, preferably one that logs. Any suggestions?

I used cacao about a year ago, bought it at whole foods from a bin. Not sure if it was raw or roasted - assuming it was all roasted. It was not chocolaty at all. It was almost astringent. My goal is not to replicate that again.

As I understand it, most Cacao Nibs are roasted to some degree - those considered 'Raw' are lightly roasted around 125F. Perhaps I am wrong.

For those that use Cacao Nibs ... Do you prefer Raw or Roasted? There are more marked 'Raw' online than Roasted. If buying Raw and roasting at home - time and temperature please!

I have the same issue with a Quad, too sweet. I added ~4 ounces of previously used dry hops (transferred from one corny to the other) and left it. No bitterness, but the flavor and aroma seemed to help.

I have created starters from old Chico and Conan strains with no problem using the shake method (5L bottle). To me, if the yeast is still creamy white and smells good, it's OK to use.
