    For a small investment you can do your own viability cell counts. It's pretty easy to learn. The most expensive part is the microscope.

    That is exactly why. Colorado is much more friendly with beer production. Plus in most every other state if you ship the alcohol out of state you don't pay your states tax, you pay the receiving state taxes. Not so with Utah you pay both. I could ramble on and on but I'll save that for later. Lol!

    Damn, that's one if the best most professional home setups I've seen. I'd say you're pretty ready to go pro. Working in the industry is one of the most challenging careers you can have, but for myself it has been the most fun and personally gratifying. The best of luck to you.
