I have a batch that I brewed on 12/18 that is still in the fermentor. I will bottle mine in about two weeks and I'm glad that I saw your thread. Was the unclear bottle the first bottle used? It could be the sediments that came out from the first bottling.

I usually plan 5-6 hours (inc. prep and clean up) in my brew day for a 5 gallon batch. My last brew day, I incorporated smoking some ribs at the same time on my charcoal grill. Spent the whole morning and afternoon outside in beautiful California weather.
