    I never knew you had to rehydrate the nutrient. I just put it right in the boil kettle dry.

    So the chinook brown turned out great! Finished at 1.012 6.3abv. Nice roasty chocolate flavor that was well balanced by the chinook. Very drinkable. Just finished drinking it this Sunday brewing a blind pig clone. Here's the beer

    So today I brewed a blind pig clone. Brew day went well as usual. I over measured on my yeast nutrient. Was supposed to add 1/2 tsp well I added 2 tsp. I'm not too worried about it I just want some insight. Thanks
