    Sweet Stout Trouser Mudd Sweet Wheat Stout

    Gonna bottle this tomorrow. It was brewed just as the recipe designated and man does it smell good. I'll check back in 2 or 3 weeks when its fully carbed.

    I've only had it in the bottle 2 weeks and its so good. I have to beat my brew buddy off of it with a stick.

    To cold crash or not

    2 days @ 40 degrees will clear it up and leave enough yeast to carb. Me and my brew buddies haven't had a problem yet.

    My success was when a buddy of mine put 2oz of Amarillo in the wrong beer but, damn it came out good.

    I see your from Angier. Whats your take on White Rabbit Brewing? Their flight wasn't satisfying to me.

    To be a smaller setup its really nice and very comfy felling. The oxbow IPA and the 40/42 stout are amazing. The oxbow is probably the highest IBU brew Ive ever had.

    Well that sure was a lot of trub..

    I added 60oz of pumpkin to mine so thank goodness I made it a 6 gallon batch also.

    First batch... ready to cold crash?

    Crash it 2 days at 40 degrees and most everything will drop out. I've only recently begun crashing but, what a difference it makes.

    I'm brewing in 5 gallon buckets so I thought the tour was great. I know this thread is old but, if you go now their Saison with Habernero is awesome.
