    Next batch question. Crystal question

I talked to my home brew store about it.. they said since it was only 0.5 Lbs using 20 or 80 Crystal wouldn't make that much of a difference. There rest is 8 pounds of LME Pale. I'm not sure what do think anymore.

    Next batch question. Crystal question

My next batch I want to try is the Victory and chaos IPA from John's palmer book. I found all the ingredient but my local shop only has CRYSTAL 80L instead of CRYSTAL 20L (0.5LBS) Would that cause a big problem ? thanks

How to know if it's time to bottle ?

I did my first brew day 8 days ago. It's the Cincinnati Pale Ale From J. Palmer book. It doesn't seem to be any bubbles coming out form the air lock now. In the book it says bottle after 2 or 3 weeks. How do I know if it's 2 weeks or 3 weeks ? thanks
