    Freezer settings for fermentation

Slightly off topic but @day_trippr. How do you take these multi point temp measurements and store them ?

Lag phase, soapy flavours, and lagering: can I save my Kolsch?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beano_(dietary_supplement) It's for stomach issues but is a group of enzymes that some add to their beer batches fir stuck fermentation. Here's one Beano thread. There are many here https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=137060

Fermenting in a 55 gallon drum

This is an older thread. Check out the last post where they added pics of using a vacuum pump to move the liquid from one container to the other. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showpost.php?p=7281368

Cold Crashing. is it worth the risk with hoppy beers?

Maybe I'm missing something. But you are done fermenting, and cold crashing. So why not just cap it and then cold crash ? Can't suck back if it is sealed. The cooling won't create enough pressure to pull very hard

Gilded Goat Brewing Co. - Building a Brewery

As a new brewery. Don't do this. Focus on your business and getting going. It's a heck of a lot of work and you need to be focused on that.

    Taplist App - WIP

Is this a web app (website displayed to look like an app) or a real iOS and android app? If you haven't decided yet I would urge you to stick to a fancy web app. You will find the development much easier. Is this intended to be always on and displayed by the taps?

How to prevent beer from sticking in tap spout?

Switching to forward sealing faucets would help. I switched and haven't had any sticking even when going three weeks without a pour

Glycol trunk running to outdoor cooler

As anecdotal information. One of my favorite bars has their lines about 15 feet exposed outside their building and it is nothing more than the actual glycol trunk line with some extra black duct tape wrapped around it for "weather proofing". Been like that for years and heir beer pours ice cold...

    Weldless Fittings

What about taking a sanke spear and chopping it short? Like 10 inches long. That would put the inlet in the middle of definite liquid beer. If the keg is sealed there would easily be enough pressure to push out a sample ?

Removing adhesive residue from sticker style labels

If that label is stuck on there so well you could just place your label over the top of it. If your label is smaller. Make some bigger ones for these bottles.

60qt. Ice Cube Mash Tun Build - $cheap and simple

I think that's a little severe considering many potable water tanks are galvanized.

60qt. Ice Cube Mash Tun Build - $cheap and simple

Just buy a short piece of galvanized pipe at HD. Mark it with a file or grinder. Or you could use etching with a battery. There are several posts on here tub homemade etching directions.

    Co2 regulator

I replaced my 0-60 psi gauge with a 0-15 gauge. You just have to be precise in your changes of the knob.

    Keezer cooling source for conical

Why not use a spare metal keg as the liquid container? Fill it with actual glycol instead of water for better cooling

    Upside down sanke keg fermentor

I'm interested. Just read all he links above. Good stuff

Can anyone help me? problems with first batch.

Krausen. That's normal. Swap your air lock for a clean one or pull that one and clean and replace. Looks like you overfilled that Jug. You need room for the yeast to work.
