    Collar for Kegerator?

Are there shelves on the door blocking your space? Can you gently peel back the rubber and unscrew the panel? And then replace with something flat, like whiteboard material or hardboard

    Darker Beer

You could also try shortening the length of your boil, but again, there will be changes to the bitterness gained from hops Edited to add byo.com article about lightening extract beers: https://byo.com/article/lighten-up-your-extract-brews/

    Darker Beer

Boiling extract usually darkens it. Some people remedy this by reserving more of the extract to add near the end of the boil, but the hop additions will need to be altered if utilizing this method (more IBUs are created in a lower gravity wort)

    What are you drinking now?

Two IPAs from a Two Roads Brewing IPA variety pack. The low cal tastes like bitter hop water, but lots of aroma. The Honeyspot Road IPA is a decent standard IPA. 2 additional IPAs recipes are in the box for later (4 IPA brews, 3 of each type)

    So who's brewing this weekend?

I brewed a Citra IPA with a 15 minute boil. Recipe calculator predicts 60 IBUs, fingers crossed. OG around 1.050 and pitched half a pack of Voss kveik into 2.5 gallons. Dry hops added soon

Brewery suggestions for San Francisco / Santa Rosa

Moonlight, Fogbelt, and Henhouse for sure. The original Russian River location in downtown Santa Rosa can get super busy, even on week nights, but they have a 2nd location just up the road in Windsor. Cooperage does lots of hazies if that's what you're into, and lots of single/double hopped...
