St Pete's and Clearwater and Ft Myers - beer beer beer

Its winter down here so bring a parka, 62 is the low and a high of 82. Hit the Blue Dog cafe in Matlacha for cracked conch or red Grouper. Its stone crab season but the price is steep this year. The Blue dog is a small place but they are packed this time of year. Also you might want to try...

Another Brew Kettle Thread..... which one?

I have a Spike and an anvil. I much prefer the spike. The anvil is beefy but does not have welded fittings. Spike is high quality and I wish I could afford to replace my Anvil with a spike. also the customer service with spike is very good. Just my opinion.

    Boil Times/Intensity Question and Observation

    HomeBrew Supply Stores FLORIDA

surprisingly home brew stores are few and far between. We have a pretty good one here in Ft. Myers. I am lucky otherwise I would have to go to Tampa. Online might be the best. I order from Austin Homebrew from time to time with good service.

How to brew regularly without having a warehouse of beer on hand?

Ok..... so first I will give a potential answer to the original question; when I develop a backlog of brews I start looking at beers that require longer fermentation/rest time. For instance I start to look at barrel aged beer. Now the reality is that I drink ALOT of beer so that rarely happens...

Suggestions-what to brew with the hops I have

Flaked corn is almost the opposite of oats or wheat. Flaked corn produces a lighter color and a dryer mouth feel.

    Wort hog pumps

I have one. I bought instead of a chugger. A friend of mine has since given me a chugger. The pump is ok but not as powerful as the chugger. for the little extra cost I would go with one of the more popular brands.
