I have 4oz of LME and about 5 pellets of fuggles, 4 pellets of cascade and maybe about a quater vial of white labs yeast. I'm sure you can make a solid half gallon of beer with it. What's your address, I'll go to the post office right now and send it over night.

As I was kegging my Wit, I smelt the sulfer but kept on going...will the smell settle out eventually? or should have I let it ferment longer? I used Wyeast' Wit strain

Ok so I want the space for a 3rd keg but don't have the $ for the taps. Has anyone put in just the collar and put taps in at a later time? If so, can I just make the holes for the shanks with the collar in place?

Everything is good here. A bit of a leak in the kitchen sky light but nothing too bad. The only casuality were my hops - hopefully they are salvagable.
