    Belgian Trippel help

Okay I've gotten a bunch of great advice. Few more questions. If I were to do a starter how much would you suggest I do and do you think I will be able to achieve the temperature control close enough without an actual temperature controller? And I read that brew belts aren't meant for carboys is...

    Belgian Trippel help

I'm not yet set up for yeast starters but I was going to pitch 3 packs of the 3787 and add the nutrient. I haven't done the exact math on how much yeast so if three sounds like too much or too little let me know. Sent from my SGH-T999 using Home Brew mobile app

    Belgian Trippel help

Thanks so much for all the good advice so far. How long would everyone recommend leaving this beer in the primary and would anyone rack to a secondary? Also if I were to rack to secondary is temp control still as vital or should the yeast have settled down a bit? Sent from my SGH-T999 using...

    Few questions

I had bought it with a wet yeast so I know that is bad. The grains are already crushed and in a sealed bag. 2 packs of Mt Rainier hop pellets in sealed packs. All dry malt sealed all sugars sealed and the lme sealed. If anyone thinks I should just buy a new one or if there is anything I can save...

First question. I have a brewers best Belgian trippel kit that I bought about a year ago and never got to use. Do you think that it is still good to use? Second question. What are some key pointers to brewing a good Belgian beer?

    Too much carbonation???

The batch was done fermenting for a week before i bottled. I used the corn sugar that was provided in the kit(5oz) and sanitized it like it said. Is it possible that some of the sugar settled to the bottom and got into those last 2 bottles?

    Too much carbonation???

I finished my first batch about a month ago now. I brewed an Irish stout kid from Midwest. All my bottles were brand new and sanitized and I took all proper steps throughout the brewing/fermenting/bottling process. So here is my question. I had 48 perfectly clean and sanitized bottles filled...
