    Single Tier setup for sale. Three custom keggles, Three piece ball valves, Blichmann thermometers, sight glasses. Jaybird false bottom. 2 BG 14 10" Banjo burners. The whole 9 yards. Never got to fully automate, but have a march pump as well for transfers/sparges. More pictures available...

    Looks like yeast rafts. They would have tiny bubbles around them. Otherwise just keep an eye on it. Should be fine!

    Yeast rafts will look like they have very fine bubbles around the edges. Give it a few days. If it grows, its bad!

    Do you need to mash named malts?

    The point is to make the sugars soluble. We need to get everything into solution (wort) and drain to boil kettle. Then we sparge to rinse residual sugar from the mash. I definately overcomplicated my first few AG brews, now I can relax now that the process is no longer a mystery. Good luck...
