I understand this, but it's dealing with MoreBeer that's the biggest issue of all. If I could call and talk to a tech, or at least have one of them call me, I'd have felt better about this. The only people I could get on the phone were order takers. The last one I spoke to, about the wrong temp...

Surprise, surprise. MoreBeer has deleted my comments about this issue on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM MORE BEER IF YOU EXPECT TECH SUPPORT OR SERVICE. I ordered a replacement kegerator with a local hardware store where I could add an extended warranty.

Well, the temp probe MoreBeer sent doesn't fit. Not the same as what's in my fridge. I hooked up the 3 in 1. Nothing. It has to be a dead compressor. I'm giving up on this piece of ****. Thanks a lot MoreBeer.

They didn't pick the order until late, the day after I ordered it. Shipping was confirmed for the 24th. Now it's showing the 26th.

Yes, it's on the right inner wall behind the little cover. I called MoreBeer when the kegerator first stopped working on three separate days before I was actually able to speak to someone. That person said there was nothing that MoreBeer could do, but that they did sell parts. No suggestions...

Well, after SEVEN DAYS, I finally got an email response from MoreBeer. They recommend to start with replacing the temp probe. It's only $20, but they wanted to tack on their $9 shipping fee, but luckily I was able to have them waive shipping at least. I asked if they'd be able to expedite it...
